This is a plain summary of how a project works. It is not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
Quotes
A price on this website is a starting point. The price that binds us is the one we send you in writing and you accept. An email reply is enough to accept.
Payment
Work under $4,000 starts after a 50 percent deposit. The rest is due before launch. Larger work uses milestones written in the quote. We can pause if a milestone is unpaid.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use the words, logos, and pictures you send us. We will not knowingly publish material you do not own.
Changes and ownership
One round of changes inside the written scope is included. New work is a new quote. After the final payment you own the design and the build we made for you. Until then, we keep that ownership.
